Payment Procedures

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE shipments can be processed. We gladly accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Checks & Money Orders are accepted, however, orders will NOT be processed until payment is received. Our on-line order processes does not take payment directly out of checking/bank accounts - those payments must be mailed in.

Shipping Policies

Eagle Pride Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

We charge a flat one time, per order, shipping fee based directly on charges from UPS. We ship all orders via UPS for tracking purposes. Shipping costs are not refundable on any order shipped from the Eagle Pride Bookstore.

Packages shipped internationally will be sent via U.S. mail, and are subject to additional costs.

Please allow 12 to 15 days for delivery. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock. We may ship you a partial order and notify you of the delay and missing item. The remainder will be shipped as soon as possible, or your money will be refunded. Note, you are only charged for the items that have been shipped.

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Note: Hawaii and Alaska have additional shipping and handling costs.

We offer express delivery on any order! Next Day and Second Day air/express packages will be charged actual shipping charges regardless of the costs listed on this website. We must have the order by 10 a.m. Mountain time to allow us time to process and package the order. If you wish either of our express delivery methods, please request it in the Special Instructions section on the order form, when submitting order on line.

Note: 2nd day air means UPS has 2 days to deliver your package, and with Next Day Air, UPS has one day to deliver your package, AFTER it is processed and leaves our store.

Returns

Textbook Returns

  • Full refund permitted the first week of the Fall and Spring Semesters with packing list/receipt. This also applies to on-campus DIS ; early Mail Order purchases and purchases made at the start of the semester for the second 8-week session


  • Full refund 2nd week with packing list/receipt AND with official Drop/Add Slip.


  • For purchases made at the start of the 2nd 8 week session, refunds permitted for the first week only.


  • For any summer session, full refund during the first two days of class only.


  • For Mail & Web Order (including DIS) purchases made after the semester begins, returns must be received at the bookstore within one week of confirmed delivery date.
Merchandise Returns

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 14 days of shipment, for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products. The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook. Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information. Shipping costs are not refunded on any shipment sent from Eagle Pride Bookstore.
